Description: | On 1/15/2007 the E20 tracker failed due to weather. On 3/14 it was replaced but configured incorrectly (presumably the wrong lat/long). This wasn't discovered and corrected until 6/6/2007 1745GMT. All shortwave instruments dependent on proper tracker were affected. This includes measurements: downwelling shortwave diffuse and direct normal. Additionally, the global shortwave instrument have also been shaded during the second time range due to improperly set tracker. Discussed in instrument DQR D070927.1 |
