Description: | On Jan 13th approximately 1400GMT the UPS failed at E4. This affected both the global and tracker mounted instruments. The affected measurements are down_short_hemisp(PSP), down_short_diffuse(8-48) and direct_normal(NIP) measurements. The PSP down_short_hemisp measurement doesn't rely on the tracker but is power ventilated and is adversely affected by daytime solar heating when the ventilator power fails. Description: | On 4/2, the station experienced a power drop after which the tracker was not operational until it was reset on 5/1. The short_direct_normal (NIP instrument) and down_short_diffuse_hemispheric (8-48 instrument) data were bad during this time. The down_long_hemispheric (PIR) and down_short_hemispheric were unaffected by this failure. Upwelling instruments were also unaffected. Three component DQ checks were not valid during this time.
