Description:
After data collection resumed following an extended outage on 3/20/07, several 
housekeeping data fields failed maximum value checks. It was determined that a power event occurred 
on this day, disabling housekeeping board 2 of 3 in the SCE box. 

Scientifically relevant data continue to be valid.
