SGP/MFRSR/E1 - Intermittent 940nm channel

The 940 nm channel is occasionally flatlining with respect to the other channels.  There 
was a problem with the cable that was causing channel 940 to drop out, or appear noisy, 
throughout this period.  Maintenance on 1/10/2006 resolved the problem.  None of the other 
channels were affected.
