SGP/SMOS/E24 - SGP/E24/SMOS - No snow depth data collected

Due to a programming error, snow depth data were reported as 0.  In effect,
no snow depth data were collected.

Do not use snow depth data

• Snow Depth(snow)
• Snow Depth Sensor(snow_sen)

• Time of Maximum Snow Depth(time_max_snow)
• Maximum Snow Depth(max_snow)
• Time of Minimum Snow Depth(time_min_snow)
• Minimum Snow Depth(min_snow_depth)
