SGP/SMOS/E3 - E3 SMOS SNOW DATA INCORRECT

Due to a programming error all snow depth data were reported as 0.  In effect, no snow 
depth data were collected.

• Snow Depth(snow)
• Snow Depth Sensor(snow_sen)

• Maximum Snow Depth(max_snow)
• Minimum Snow Depth(min_snow_depth)
• Time of Maximum Snow Depth(time_max_snow)
• Time of Minimum Snow Depth(time_min_snow)
