SGP/EBBR/E9 - E9 EBBR Soil Heat Capacities Incorrect

Soil Heat Capacities were out-of-range during this period, as reported by
the datalogger. The cause of this is unknown.

Actual values used in the computations of fluxes were okay, as the fluxes were not 
affected.
