Description: | Soil moisture sensors #2 and #4 produced negative values for soil moisture
frequently during the period, causing the quantities calculated from them
to be incorrect. The version of the CR10X program at E7 does not have
max/min limits on the outputs. The data needs to be examined to determine
times of incorrect soil moisture values. The data values affected are
shown below.
