DATA REPROCESSED and CORRECTED:
ARM was not responsible for this data, it was being passed along to ARM. During the AWR deployment, SPAWAR replaced their MW21 DigiCORA system with a new MW41 system. In configuring their new system, an error was made which changed the launch site altitude from 10.1 meters to 37.5 meters. 10.1 is the correct launch site altitude.
The data were corrected and archived in July 2017. Please retrieve the reprocessed data for use in your analysis.
You may find these data using the ARM Discovery tool at the following link:

--- ORIGINAL DQR DESCRIPTION ---

ARM was not responsible for this data, it was only being collected by ARM. During the AWR deployment, SPAWAR replaced their MW21 DigiCORA system with a new MW41 system. --- ORIGINAL DQR SUGGESTIONS ---
---------------------------------------------------
Since this data was launched using RS92 radiosondes, the altitude can be fixed with a simple offset correction by subtracting 27.4 meters from the altitude/height data. Vaisala has confirmed that other variables are not affected by this error in configuration. |
