Description:
The CPC counts are periodically drifting to zero.  The drift from concentrations 
comparable to the CPCU is somewhat abrupt, but not instantaneous.  Placing a small pressure drop 
on the inlet (e.g. by measuring the flow rate) causes the counts to return to normal.  The 
root cause of the problem has not yet been identified.  More drifts to zero are possible 
in the future.
