Description:
During this period the background reflectivity and signal-to-noise ratio fields had a 
shift in average value.  The reason is unknown.  It appears that reflectivities in 
hydrometeor regions have an offset of approximately 4-5 dBZ between the 'kazrge' (burst mode) 
reflectivities and the 'kazrmd' (chirp mode) reflectivities.  It is unclear which set of 
reflectivities is correct.
