SGP/ARMBESTNS/X1 - Reprocess: OKM and KSU Mesonet Data Error

The VAP code is not correctly handling the situation when the number of sites changes 
within a month for the OKM and KAM data. Use the OKM and KAM data with caution.

The VAP code is not correctly handling the situation when the number of sites changes 
within a month for the OKM and KAM data. This is impacting some of the fields in the 
ARMBE2DGRID data.

• Temperature mean(temp_mean)
• Rain, surface, 1-min avg(precip_rate_mean)
• Wind speed, S-to-N component, at altitude, derived from ETA model(v_wind)
• Humidity, relative, at 2-m height, 1-min avg(rh_mean)
• Precipitation intensity(precip_rate)
• V wind component, domain mean(v_wind_mean)
• Wind speed, W-to-E component, at altitude(u_wind)
• Humidity, relative, on hybrid-b grid, derived from RUC model(rh)
• Temperature, air, 60-m height, 30-min intervals(temp)
