OLI/GHG/M1 - Reprocess: addition of height global attribute
DataStreams:oliaosghgM1.a1
Description:
The mentor has requested the addition of a 'height' global attribute to record the inlet 
height. The OLI instrument was recently relocated inside the AOS container (on or about 
August 12, 2016). So, prior to that date, the height was 6.2179 meters and after that date 
the height became 10 meters. 

Both the aosghg.a1 and aosghgaux.a1 datastreams will be updated to add this new global 
attribute. 

The mentor has requested that the entire dataset be reprocessed to make this addition to 
the global attributes. We will be releasing dowstream aosghg.b0 and aosghg.b1 processing 
that will incorporate this new global attribute from the a1 input datastreams.
