Description:
The solar tracker at this site was replaced; communication problems with the replacement 
tracker were performed 7/2/12; NIP repair performed 7/9/12. Data for direct normal (NIP) 
and diffuse (8-48) are incorrect and nonrecoverable during affected period. Longwave data 
are generally unaffected by such tracker failures.

Description:
The E12 tracker had failed from 7/20 to 8/2. The tracker was replaced and returned to 
service on 8/2.  However, the tracker was not aligned correctly until 10/18.  

Data for short_direct_normal (NIP instrument) and down_short_diffuse (8-48 instrument) are 
bad and not recoverable during this entire time range.
