The wind direction sensor was not installed to true north. GPS calculation confirmed the 
wind direction was off by 19 degrees, in the positive. The sensor was aligned to true 
north on 2015-12-23. Prior data will be reprocessed by subtracting 19 degrees from wind 
direction.
