A problem with the temp/humidity sensor at the 40m level caused incorrect data to be 
recorded. Between 5/10/14 and 5/16/14, dew point, relative humidity, and vapor pressure data 
are occasionally incorrect (vastly different when compared with other levels). Beginning 
6/5/14, the data go missing entirely until a sensor exchange occurred on 7/15/2014.
