NSA/TWR/C1 - 40m temp/humidity problem

A problem with the temp/humidity sensor at the 40m level caused incorrect data to be 
recorded. Between 5/10/14 and 5/16/14, dew point, relative humidity, and vapor pressure data 
are occasionally incorrect (vastly different when compared with other levels). Beginning 
6/5/14, the data go missing entirely until a sensor exchange occurred on 7/15/2014.

NSA/TWR/C1 - 40m wind sensor outage

Wind direction and speed at the 40 meter level are missing during this time due to 
incorrect sensor configuration.

The 10m temperature and relative humidity fields are swapped during this time (and 
corresponding standard deviation fields). The 40m temperature and relative humidity fields are 
swapped during this time (and corresponding standard deviation fields). The raw data will 
be corrected and reprocessed to fix this issue. The 10m and 40m error codes are incorrect 
and will not be fixed.

The wind direction data are 30 degrees too high due to an alignment/offset problem during 
this time. Problem affects all 4 tower levels in the nsatwrC1.b1 datastream, as well as 
the wind direction data in the nsametC1.b1 datastream. Data will be reprocessed for 
correction.
