Impactor was installed on 2012-07-12 but did not toggle until 2013-05-16 00:04:19 UTC.

The impactor as delivered did not have limit switches indicating the impactor state. Only 
the command signal was available and is saved in the 'master' data stream. A programming 
error led to the command signal having reverse polarity (1 is actually 10 and 10 is 
actually 1-um cutoff)
