AWR/MWACR/M1 - Transmitter Down

The MWACR was faulting during these periods causing the transmitter to turn off.  Problem 
was a faulty HV modulator.

AWR/MET/M1 - Probable instrument icing

The temperature and relative humidity sensor behaved suspiciously during this time. 
Temperature and relative humidity readings did not trend inversely, as expected. Ice buildup on 
the instrument is the probable cause.

AWR/HSRL/M1 - Instrument malfunction

All data collected during this period is bad.  Problems with the output shutter/DAQ/Seed 
voltage were reported by the AMF2 operator. He restarted the computer on June 4th. The 
system lock point was lost at that time. The lock point was manually reset from ~-9V to 2.8V 
on Monday June 6 around 11 UTC.
