Description:
Smoke from forest burning can be seen on the TSI images rising and then subsequently 
moving over the site during this period.  Many of the AOS instruments observed a sharp spike 
in data values.

October 4-8 multiple fires in the area resulted in hazy conditions during this entire 
period.

CCN100 - Spike in number concentrations occurred a few hours after the smoke plume

Description:
Data Gaps > 1h due to Tr<0.7, pump turned off, etc. There were MANY gaps this month due to 
biomass burning (multiple filter changes).  Also, the sonde Operators apparently changed 
PSAP filters without resetting the transmission or resetting it the wrong way.  Multiple 
periods of incorrect data have been flagged in the Mentor QA/QC sets

Description:
Data when Tr<0.7 should not be used.  There were multiple biomass burn issues this month.  
Filters could not be changed frequently enough.  There were frequent power failures and 
these seemed to disrupt the data for 30-60 s longer than the automatic processing could 
handle.  These disruptions have been flagged.  The time periods flagged in this DQR are 
data interruptions longer than 1-h regardless of cause.
