Description:
The data logger had incorrect latitude and longitude settings.  This caused the 
measurement range to be at the wrong setting when the sun came up resulting in the channels 
over-ranging.  Though the lat/lon are not correct, the reflected irradiance data outside of the 
affected time range are OK and completely acceptable to use.
