Description:
A refurbished system with a new logger was installed on 20100219.  This was our first 
install in the southern hemisphere.  We had an unknown software bug, and initially the 
instrument was set up 180 deg off in an effort to get it to shade properly. This didn't work, 
and I suspect is related to the weird neg dir normal values that started this DQPR. A 
software fix was made, and the instrument was set up correctly on 20100512.

The heater was suffering from intermittent, short duration, drop outs.  In July the issue 
became more pronounced and on July 26 it stopped functioning altogether.  It began 
operating again on Aug 9, but was still suffering from occasional glitches.  System was 
scheduled for replacement.

Description:
The linear heater board failed.  It took a bit longer than usual to repair this 
instrument.  We suspect the heater boards fail due to excessive heat, so we wanted to put a cooling 
solution in place at the time of the heater board replacement.  This was accomplished on 
20100827 @ 0300 UTC.  Avoid using data covered by this DQR.
