Description:	During this period there are times when the spectra ingest and cloud masking processing failed, due to problems in matching raw spectra files with the appropriate raw moments file. It is believed that many of these remaining raw spectra files can be properly ingested when reprocessing is done, although there are cases where no valid moments data exist.
