The 23.834-GHz channel was displaying high noise levels. It started with intermittent 
noise, but became more persistent with time. The problem was identified as interference from 
the near-by MWR. On 12/7 the radiometers were re-oriented and the noise level went down.

replaced. The sensor and dewblower were replaced on Feb 2 2012.
