Description:	The data quality for this instrument noticeably deteriorated starting in June 2013 although the beginning of this DQR is an estimated start of the problem. The tip curve data are degraded and the elevation readings shoe large differences on the two sides of the scan. The quality of the resulting zenith brightness temperatures is therefore degraded. The resulting LWP and PWV are incorrect.
