Description:
Problems with the coherent integration hardware resulted in repeated ingest failures when 
too many errors occurred.  These cases involved occasions when there were no samples from 
a single axis (or more) during an averaging interval. If there were sufficient samples, 
the mean wind speed and direction were reported if normal data criteria were met.  
However, there were undoubtedly cases when only a few samples were obtained during an averaging 
interval.  Thus the variability of the data is likely increased.  The data are correct 
when reported.
