Description:
1. The sign of Doppler velocity of Ka/WSACR has been changed. The sign of Doppler velocity 
of WSACR was inconsistent with KAZR and KaSACR from December 14, 2012 to January 15, 
2013.   Before December 14, 2012, Doppler velocity signs from both W and Ka SACRs were 
inconsistent with KAZR.  After February 1, 2013, the signs from SACRs are consistent with KAZR.

2. Ka/WSACR spectra have significant leakage, but something is clearly wrong with the 
KaSACR (see attached file).  The WSACR leakage occurs only at higher SNR, but that when it 
occurs the first side lobe is only ~30 dB down, much less that the ~50 dB for the KAZR.

3. We could not find Doppler spectra data from Ka and W SACRs for the same time periods 
even though moments files for the vertical pointing scans for both Ka and W SACRs exist.

There are synchronized signals in Doppler spectram in vertical potinting data from 
Ka/WSACR.

Description:
Raw spectra file sizes were being unintentionally limited due to an entry in a radar 
configuration file, causing spectra file splits during data collection.  However, the 
corresponding moments files were not splitting. During the ingest and cloud masking processing, 
when spectra files were being matched with corresponding raw mmoments files, only the 
first spectra file in a vertically-pointing scan period was matching with the a moments file. 
 This caused the remaining (usuallt two) size-limited spectra files not to be ingested. 
Generally, spectra for only 10 minutes of each 25-minute vertically pointing time period 
have been ingested.  The remaining spectra files remain in raw format at the archive.
