Description:	RAIN TBRG precipitation measurements were significantly lower than accumulated precipitation measured by co-located ORG and MET instruments. This occurred in both light and heavy rain events. The tipping bucket sensor was replaced by a weighing bucket rain gauge.

Description:	A lightning strike took out the instrument on 6/12. Error_latch and stat_latch flags were tripped and the instrument failed to record precip measured by co-located instruments (e.g. on 6/13). Voltage and other data fields were also very erratic. Instrument was replaced and normal operations resumed on 20110615.

Description:	Instrument has shown very large jumps in accumulated rain during the past week when there is no rain or very little rain. This is coupled with a known issue that is being worked on with the filtering out of noise in the instrument. This filtering leads to removal of low rain rate data resulting low accumulation totals on days with low maximum rain rates (<60 mm/hr)
