Description:
Because of a periodic AEM failure, home signal 30 was often stuck at the home signal 15 
position.  These occurrences resulted in incorrect latent and sensible heat flux values at 
times.  Some missing data occurred because of low battery voltage (the CR10 program stops 
running when battery voltage is insufficient.  The data outage events were preceded and 
followed by several hours of bad/suspicious data.

Description:
The EBBR Net Radiation (Rn) values maintained a ~200 Wm^-2 reading because of poor cable 
lead connections.  Sensible and latent heat fluxes were therefore overestimated.

Sensible (H) and latent heat (LE) fluxes can be estimated in the following way:

H (new) = H/[1 + (EBBR Rn - SIRS net radiation)/SIRS net radiation]

LE (new) = LE/[1 + (EBBR Rn - SIRS net radiation)/SIRS net radiation]
