MAG/NAV/M1 -

On July 7, 2013 at about 1943 UTC a power failure occurred on the Horizon Spirit.  Power 
was restored at about 2005 UTC.  The SEANAV VM was powered up but entered a read-only mode 
due to issues not yet resolved by the data-system team.  The read-only mode was not 
noticed, as well as the lack of NAV collection was not noticed, due to lack of DSVIEW 
display.  The lack of NAV data collection was not noticed by on-board techs until July 9, 2013 
at about 1900 UTC.  The SEANAV VM was rebooted at about 1930 GMT with NAV data collection 
resuming at 1932 GMT.
