Description:
Shading of the PSP radiometer occurred after sunrise for a few minutes each day of the 
reported date period, between 1230 and 1315 UTC. Issue is present in the downwelling 
shortwave hemispheric variable. The shading was caused by the presence of a narrow antenna that 
was later relocated. 

The data have been reprocessed to set specific affected periods to the missing_value 
(-9999).
