Description:
Metadata in these files are wrong.  Antenna gain, beamwidth, system losses, etc. were not 
set in the correct file when the KAZR was originally installed.  However, these values 
are not used to calculate the radar constant so reflectivity values are still correct.  

The correct values for the SGP KAZR are:
