Description:
There was a very minor shading problem when the instrument resumed banding after solar 
midnight.  This only affected a small portion of each day; not more than two hours after the 
instrument resumed banding after solar midnight.  7/9 is the best example of the 
problem.  The boundaries of this DQR are a little loose as the often cloudy conditions make it 
difficult to precisely say when the problem stopped.  Maintenance was performed on 9/5, 
but the problem was not visible sometime before that.

Description:
Immediately following the post winter re-installation, a shading problem is evident 
between the hours of 1900 and 0200 (spans midnight).  This continues until 4/10/2008 when an 
attempt was made to resolve the problem.  It helped some, but shifted the shading problem 
between the hours of 0200 - 1900.  On 6/19/2008 site maintenance resolved the problem.

Description:
There is a minor shading issue at high zenith angles (0530 - 1630 UTC).  Due to extremely 
persistent cloudy conditions, maintenance was not attempted until 20090811.  Cloudy 
conditions persisted, and it was never clear from the data if the instrument was shading 
properly at high zenith angles.  Therefore, the DQR end date is listed as the time maintenance 
was performed.
