PGH/MET/M1 - Incorrect atmospheric pressure data

Logger was reprogrammed following revised installation. An error with the timing sequence 
for the barometer caused incorrect readings until the program was reverted on 7/6.

PGH/MET/M1 - PWD spikes and missing data prior to revised install

The PWD was not installed efficiently, leading to occasional spikes and a period of 
missing data from 7/6 - 7/12 until revised installation took place and the programming was 
updated.

PGH/SKYRAD/M1 - Reprocess: Incorrect calibrations

During the entire India deployment the Skyrad system was configured with incorrect 
calibration coefficients for the shortwave instruments. The program hadn't been updated since 
the previous deployment in the Azores.

The instrument mentor, site personal and OSS support have attempted to best determine the 
serial numbers of instruments installed at PGH during the deployment period.  The 
following instrument data will need to be reprocessed with the following correction multipliers:

PIR1-DIR(down_long_hemisp1): OK, no correction required
PIR2-DIR(down_long_hemisp2): OK, no correction required
