Description:
Late in the evening of April 6, Barrow site had a power failure.  When power was restored 
the tracker went to the wrong position and stopped.  The tracker remained in the stopped 
position until April 19 14:00 when operations was restored.

While the Tracker was stopped the NIMFR was pointed some place in space. Head and tube 
temp remained normal.  Detectors were recording no signals or zero sun.

NIMFR at the Barrow Site was not pointing directly at the sun because the solar tracker 
was not aligned correctly. As a consequence, the measured irradiances are too low.  Once 
the alignment problem was fixed at 6/3/2004  1925 GMT, the problem was apparently solved.

Description:
The instrument was installed after winter calibration and the tube heater was found to be 
operating erratically. The purpose of the heating the tube is to keep condensation from 
forming on the window.

Though erratic, the tube temperature was generally warm enough that no condensation should 
have formed.  There was never any evidence of this in the irradiance data.  Since it is 
not believed to have affected the adversely, this DQR is being assigned as transparent.
