The IRT surface temperature reported was incorrect because the analog output configuration 
did not agree with the data logger scale factors. The IRT configuration was corrected on 
10/9.

Description:
The up_long_hemisp values from the pyrgeometer were much too low, hovering near or just 
above 100 W/m^2.  This was particularly noticeable when comparing these values to those 
derived from the surface IRT.   

On 10/05/11, at 0348Z, tower was lowered for removal of PIR SN35836 and installation of 
PIR SN35839; tower raised at 0444Z. Following installation of PIR SN35839, data quality 
plots indicate proper up_long_hemisp values.
