When the radiometer started to collect data it was not at its final location and had an 
obstructed field of view. The radiometer was moved to its final location on 7/13/2011. 
After the radiometer was moved it started to collect good data for calibration.

archived in July 2012.

Description:
When the signals are very low, a regular feature can be seen in the data.  It begins on 
the hour, and lasts for ~20 minutes.  This feature is a rise in the signal of 0.25 to 0.33 
mV.  It is small even when compared with the NFOV's typically small signals.  

My initial hunch is the NFOV is located next to or nearby equipment that 
operates/broadcasts/etc beginning on the hour, and lasting for ~20 minutes.

Looking (very closely) back at the previous deployment, this regular signal bump is also 
evident, so it seems the equipment contaminating the NFOV is part of the AMF1, and not 
unique to this deployment.  20111222 is a good example of the issue.

During the entire India deployment the Skyrad system was configured with incorrect 
calibration coefficients for the shortwave instruments. The program hadn't been updated since 
the previous deployment in the Azores.

The instrument mentor, site personal and OSS support have attempted to best determine the 
serial numbers of instruments installed at PGH during the deployment period.  The
