Description:
NIMFR at the Barrow Site was not pointing directly at the sun because the solar tracker 
was not aligned correctly. As a consequence, the measured irradiances are too low.  Once 
the alignment problem was fixed at 6/3/2004  1925 GMT, the problem was apparently solved.  
The NIP might similarly be affected.

November and January each year.  During this time period, the MFR
instruments are removed and returned to PNNL for maintenance
and calibration.  The instruments are generally re-installed in
