Description:
During the night of 11/05-06 2004 the tracker failed at this location. During CM on 12/01, 
power cycling returned the tracker to service. However, tracker was not properly 
tracking in the AM. Tracker failed again sometime near 01/01/2005.	CM reloaded the tracker 
program and realigned the tracker on 01/26/2005 1600GMT correcting the problem.

The Rayleigh limit diffuse radiation test is based on surface pressure.

Description:
Possible main power problem made may have caused the tracker to fail.  Attempts to restart 
the old tracker, subsequent replacement and lack of spares contributed to incorrect data 
from the NIP (short_direct_normal datastream) and 8-48 (down_short_diffuse_hemisp 
datastream) until the time of site decommissioning.  

This facility was decommissioned and maintenance efforts ceased 10/1/2009. The instrument 
was removed from service 12/04/2009.

Description:
From about 950721 to about 970204 (19:12 GMT) the wrong calibration
factor was applied to the NIP at site E10.  The calibration factor
that was used was 1.00E-06 Volts/(W m^2).  The correct calibration
factor is 8.338E-06 Volts/(W m^2).  Thus the calibrated NIP values
found in the netCDF files are too large by a factor of 8.338.
