Description:
up_long_hemisp measurements are intermittant and remain so after extensive 
troubleshooting.  This problem will likly remain open ended until site ops can replace the cable which 
serves the up_long_hemisp instrument (i.e. the Eppley PIR).

SGP/SIRS/E13 - Reprocess: Incorrect UIR calibration

Description:
For the time range specified the UIR had incorrect calibration coefficients applied.  The 
k1 coefficient applied was 0.25042 when it should have been 0.2558.  This resulted in the 
instrument under reporting up_long_hemsip by approximately 2.1%. 

Data will be reprocessed.
