Description:
When the instrument was set up it was discovered the equatorial motor mount was not 
compatible with the mid-latitude stand.  To resolve the issue, either the head needed to be 
lowered 2", or the motor raised 2".  After some consideration, it was decided the best path 
forward was to have a custom equatorial mount built that is compatible with mid-latitude 
stands.  One was built by the NOAA machine shop in Boulder, and hand carried to the 
instrument location.  The bracket was installed on 10/16.
