pres changed from 0.1 hPa to 0.01 hPa

tdry changed from .1degC to 0.01degC

Note that the increase in precision does not necessarily imply an increase in accuracy.

Description:
Relative humidity was above 100% and below 0% at times. This also resulted in incorrect 
values for vapor pressure.

Data are suspect, but there may be some valuable data during time period. User should 
scrutinize data during this time period. Sensor replacement appears to have corrected the 
problem.
