Description:
The most transparent channels (170-176 GHz) exhibited signs of a drift in the calibration. 
The radiometer was calibrated on Jan 17 2011.  Data for 20101101-20110117 were 
recalibrated and reprocessed.  The reprocessed data were archived in May 2011.  

After the calibration there was a problem restarting the software. The software was 
successfully restarted on Jan 19.

On Jan 24 2011 there was a power outage that caused another drift in the calibration. The 
radiometer was put in scanning mode to collect tip data. The tip data were processed for 
the most transparent channels. New calibration values were uploaded and took effect on 
March 4 2011.

Data for 20110124-20110304 were recalibrated and reprocessed.  The reprocessed data were 
archived in May 2011.

The instrument experienced a period of missing data on 3/23/2011 from 05:38:30 GMT until 
08:21:44 GMT.  When data returned the surface temperature and surface relative humidity 
were incorrect.  Surface temperature flat-lined at 999.990 K and surface RH flat-lined at 
999.990%.  

On 3/24 the sensor was removed and cleaned resolving the problem.
