SGP/QCRAD/E27 - Tracker failed

Suntracker failed at this facility. The suntracker was reset on	9/17, but this only 
temporarily fixed the problem and the tracker began failing again 9/18.  Tracker was reset and 
realigned on 10/15/03 17:30GMT.

SGP/QCRAD/E27 - Tracker failure

Possible main power problem made may have caused the tracker to fail.  Attempts to restart 
the old tracker, subsequent replacement and lack of spares contributed to incorrect data 
from the NIP (short_direct_normal datastream) and 8-48 (down_short_diffuse_hemisp 
datastream) until the time of site decommissioning.  

This facility was decommissioned and maintenance efforts ceased 10/1/2009. The instrument 
was removed from service 12/04/2009.

SGP/QCRAD/E27 - Reprocess: Incorrect calibration coefficients

Logger reverted to previous years configuration, possibly due to power outage and 
non-current
logger program in storage module.  Note, the tracker had failed during this period as 
well.
