Description:
Tracker appears to be out of alignment or inoperative during these times. The 
short_direct_normal (NIP) and down_short_diffuse_hemisp (8-48) data apear to be bad and not 
recoverable.

There were no instrument DQRs on this problem at the time this report was submitted.

During the time ranges specified the SIRS solar tracker had failed for unspecified 
reasons. 
Measurements of short_direct_normal (NIP) and down_short_diffuse_hemisp (8-48) are 
incorrect
and not recoverable. Longwave data are unaffected.
