Between Dec 21 and Dec 23 the external temperature dropped to - 38 C. This caused a 
problem with the stability of the noise diode mount temperature and consequent problem with

Description:
During this time the radiometer was thermally unstable . The noise diode physical 
temperature had sudden drops of more than 5 degree in several ccasions between 2/1 and 2/11. On 
2/12 the radiometer temperature set point was lowered of about 10 degree as a test. On 
2/27 a new analog board was installed in the instrument. Data after 2/27 show a slight 
change in calibration.
