Description:
A power distribution problem required us to turn off the 50V DC power to the 40m level.  
This shutdown the T/RH probe and the heating of the ultrasonic sensor.  The wind data is 
useful at times when there is no icing present.  This DQR is a follow on to D091201.2 that 
was closed when the 20m level T/RH probe was replaced.

Description:
The 20m temperature and RH were erratic and incorrect resulting in incorrect vapor 
pressure calculations.  The sensor was damaged by voltage spikes on the power lines.
