Description:
Channels 673, 870 and 940 look really strange from sunrise until ~1830.
Similar features are seen in EF4 and EF6 data at the same time
(Unfortunately, EF5 data are missing).  There was a regular site visit that
is time stamped at 1840 that coincides with a discontinuity in the data.
Data prior to the 28th and after ~1840 on the 28th look fine.
