Description:
The instrument was installed after winter calibration and the tube heater was found to be 
operating erratically.  The purpose of the heating the tube is to keep condensation from 
forming on the window.  Though erratic, the tube temperature was generally warm enough 
that no condensation should have formed.  There was never any evidence of this in the 
irradiance data.  Since it is not believed to have affected the adversely, this DQR is being 
assigned as transparent.

Description:
The tube heater was not keeping the tube quite as warm as we would like to see.  The 
function of the tube heater is to keep condensation from forming on the window.  Even though 
it wasn't working up to spec, it was still staying warm enough to keep condensation off.  
Maintenance resolved the issue.  It should be noted that some fluctuation is normal due 
to the very cold air temps this instrument operates in.
