Description:
The TSI was located in an obstructed view location for the beginning of the deployment.  
Trees and the AMF VANs are within the field of view of the instrument and appears to have 
affected the data processing.  On 7/15/2011 the instrument was moved.

When the radiometer started to collect data it was not at its final location with 
obstructed field of view. The radiometer was moved to its final location on 7/13/2011. After the 
radiometer was moved it started to collect good data for calibration.

The computer clock had the daylight saving on so the measurements time is off 1 hr. The 
setting was changed on 7/15. Data before this time need to be reprocessed.
