Description:
The new phase shifter had the delay lines reversed, which resulted in the beams going in 
the wrong directions.  The speeds are correct and the directions are 180 deg off.

Description:
When the upgrade to the Central Facility rwp was installed, the interpretation of the 
configuration file changed  such that it became necessary to explicitly require that moments 
data be saved within the raw spectral data file.  Previously this was not true.   The 
ingest operates in such a way that it just goes a certain number of bytes into the spectral 
data and takes the following section.  Thus bogus moments data files were bing ingested 
that had essentially no usable information insofar as moments data are concerned.  Thus 
there are no usable moments data files from this time period.  At this time I have not been 
able to determine a method to recreate the raw moments files from the spectral data in 
any straightforward manner that would result in files with the precise format as presently used.

Description:
The SGP.C1 915RWP was operated in a non-standard mode during the Nocturnal
Flux IOP (approximately the month of September). The profiler was placed into a constant 
high temporal and spatial resolution mode rather than alternating between modes as it does 
routinely. 30 min averages were produced (usually 60 min) at a 60 m gate resolution for 
both winds and RASS. 

Data were processed and archived, but the processing algorithm interpreted this data as 2 
different power levels per hourly sample rather than 30 minute samples at the same power 
level.  Data will be reprocessed.
